All sales are final. Every Play It Loud course is a digital product with instant access, so we don’t offer refunds. But you’ll never get stuck with the wrong course. Here’s how:

The No-Dead-Ends Guarantee (Swaps)

Bought the wrong course? Within 14 days of purchase, email [email protected] with your order number and the course you want instead, and we’ll swap it for any Play It Loud course of equal or lesser value. One swap per order. Once swapped, access to the original course ends.

Your $27 Is Never Wasted (Upgrade Credit)

Bought Pentatonic Prison Break? Within 30 days of purchase, every penny you paid counts toward The Play It Loud Method. Email us with your order number and we’ll send you a code.

Pay Once, Own It (Lifetime Access)

Every purchase is a one-time payment. No subscriptions. You keep access to your course, plus any updates we add to it, for as long as Play It Loud is up and running.
