OMG! Why are your products so expensive?!?!

Most books are organized and/or written very badly and have ZERO practical application for the guitar. Each of my products are designed to have years and years of use, and in the process pay for it’s self hundreds of times over. I’m not exaggerating at all. The only books I could make any use of were the guitar tab books I bought at various music stores, and I had to do the work of figuring it all out. Whether you want to learn how to make music, get out of the beginner’s guitar stage, or learn lead guitar, I make the entire process A LOT easier.

But also I want to help people who are serious about learning. Each product is priced relative to the value you’re going to get, but it’s also to scare away the people who aren’t going to use the info. Get an instructor to supervise your chord strumming if you don’t want to do the work. Otherwise, if you want to crack the code to playing guitar and making music, I suggest you seriously consider buying one of my products.

 

I’m a beginner. Will the theory or lead guitar materials suit me?

I’d hold off on that until you have a firm grasp of many of the technical concepts I go over in Clueless Beginners. Those products are for those who are looking to learn directly from tab books, or need ways to understand how to create melody and harmony.

It’s easy to learn within the framework I’ve put it in, but may not be practical for someone who hasn’t gotten their calluses yet.

 

Do I have to learn to read music for any of your products?

Absolutely not! Unlike piano or horned instruments, it’s relatively easier to look at a tab and reproduce what you see there. Being able to read music helps those other instruments hear and interpret things that in some ways get lost on a recording.

The guitar is entirely different in that most of the repertoire can be played easily and quickly through interpreting a tab correctly. It simply requires different skills from other instruments, which I cover in detail in Clueless Beginners.

 

What if your material doesn’t work for me?
